The manual hydraulic press, made of stainless steel, is equipped with all the components to be able to carry out pressing.

It is used to press medicinal plants, fresh fruits, vegetables, some seeds, dried fruits and anything else that contains juice.
It consists of a tubular frame, product collection plate, perforated basket and squeezing plate.
Squeezing is done by means of a hydraulic piston, which, depending on the model, will be operated by three different devices: a hand lever, a pneumatic motor or an electric motor. The pressure exerted will squeeze the product contained in the basket.
For the electric and pneumatic versions, the maximum working pressure can be set from 0 to 250 Bar.

The squeezing capacity of 20 liters can be reduced to 10 and 3 liters with dedicated accessories.
The press can be equipped with a trolley for movement and a splash guard.
In addition to this it is used to press components used to create macerates, grappas, liqueurs with the aim of recovering all the juice derived from the maceration residue.

Some of the various products that can be processed include:
fruit: apples, peaches, lemons, oranges, pears;
vegetables: celery, dandelion, spinach, ribs;
other: products derived from maceration, aloe vera, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts.

How to use our Hydraulic Manual Press Inherba

  1. Insert the product to be processed by arranging it evenly.

  2. Set the maximum pressure required.

  3. Operate the squeezing device.

  4. Maintain pressure until the product is exhausted.

  5. Collect the juice from the catch basin.
