Essential Oil Extractor Worker 500: structure and operation

The boiler and lid are insulated to reduce condensation phenomena during operation. Condensation occurs via a shell and tube condenser with dual temperature control to control the flow of condensation water. The essential oil is collected and separated directly in the Florentine steel pot.
The distiller is equipped with lower and upper grids. To speed up loading and unloading, the use of baskets and a hoist is recommended.
Steam generation can be done with a gas cooker or with the steam produced externally.
Operation of the WORKER extractor is very simple thanks to the quick opening of the lid by means of a handle.
Loading can be done directly with the plant material in the boiler or through the use of loading baskets.
The baskets are loaded via an electric hoist.
Baskets and hoist can be supplied as accessories on request.
Steam can be generated with a gas boiler or by means of an external steam generator. In the latter case, it will be necessary to include the steam diffuser inside the extractor.

Here are some of the various plants that can be distilled with the extractor: lavender, mint, rosemary, thyme, laurel, sage, oregano, camomile, rose, eucalyptus, lemon balm, savory, wormwood, basil, herb luigia, cypress, stone pine, mugo pine, helichrysum, geranium, eucalyptus, juniper, mastic, marjoram, parsley, rue, turpentine, valerian, etc.
